No physical shipping

All products are downloadable ZIP files. There is no physical shipment, shipping charge or postal delivery.

After payment

Once payment is verified as successfully captured, the order confirmation page makes your download available. Payment confirmation can take a moment; a pending or unsuccessful payment does not unlock the files.

Keep the confirmation page open and download your purchase from it. The store does not currently email the product files or provide a customer account library.

Download window

The initial download window lasts 30 minutes from payment confirmation by the store. The remaining time is shown on your order page. Refreshing or reopening the page does not restart that window.

Save the ZIP somewhere safe. Expiry of the download link does not remove your right to use files you already downloaded under the product license.

If your download is unavailable

If payment is complete but the download is missing, the link has expired, or the ZIP will not open, contact Atul with your order or payment reference. After verifying the purchase, the store can provide a replacement download link. See the refund policy for unresolved delivery or product issues.
