Privacy policy

Updated 10 October 2026. This policy describes information handled by Atul Sutar’s store at shop.atulsutar.com.

Information used by the store

For a purchase, the store records the product and file version, amount, currency, order and payment references, payment status and timestamps. A browser identifier associates guest purchases with the browser that placed them. Download records track access and expiry.

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you include in your message. Support conversations, replies and attachments are saved in our private support inbox. Please share only what is needed to resolve your request.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. The payment provider may collect contact, billing and payment information in its checkout. The store receives payment references and status information needed to verify and fulfil orders; it does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Cookies and browser storage

A guest cookie keeps access to your orders in the browser used for checkout and can remain for up to one year. A short-lived replacement-download cookie is used when you redeem a replacement link. Owner sign-in uses a separate session cookie.

Local browser storage remembers your light or dark theme. Session storage remembers the most recent order reference to help you return to its confirmation page. Clearing cookies can remove access to previous guest orders; contact us if you need a replacement download.

Why information is used and shared

Information is used to process and verify payments, deliver downloads, respond to support and refund requests, prevent abuse and maintain the store. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate these services: Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Cloudflare for files and network services, Razorpay for payments, Resend for sending and receiving email, and Pushover for owner notifications containing the sender address and message subject. Their services may process data outside your country.

Service providers may process network information such as IP addresses and request metadata for delivery, security and operational logs. This store does not include advertising trackers or sell customer information.

Optional analytics

If configured, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics using the footer controls. It measures product visits, checkout actions and server-verified purchases. Declining analytics does not affect purchasing. You can withdraw permission using “Analytics preferences”; this stops store tracking and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.

Analytics includes product identifiers, category, price, currency, approved campaign labels and an opaque transaction reference to avoid duplicate purchases. It excludes your contact details, payment credentials, support messages, download links, and URL query strings or fragments. Google processes analytics data and network information; its processing may occur outside India. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. When allowed, session storage remembers approved campaign labels and local storage remembers which purchase events were sent. The store does not backfill actions taken while analytics was declined.

Retention and your requests

Order and payment records are retained for fulfilment, support, accounting and dispute handling. An expired download link does not automatically delete the associated order. Information may also need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.

Support messages and attachments are retained for customer assistance and dispute handling until they are removed following a retention review or an applicable deletion request. Resend’s email retention window does not automatically delete the store’s saved support history.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact page. We may need to verify your connection to an order. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons.

Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised date.
